SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We want these lipsticks to get to you as soon as possible, so if you order before 15:00, we’ll ship your lipsticks the same day. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, the shipment carrier will email you the tracking information.
The estimated delivery times from dispatch are:
NL – 1-3 days
DE – 3-5 days
BE – 3-5 days
Other European countries – 3-9 days
The above delivery times are estimates. Due to Covid-19 delivery times may be longer, so please allow another 2 days on top of the above estimates. Unfortunately, external factors may affect the delivery of your IKA lipsticks. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and international customs. IKA Beauty is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any delay in delivery.
Our lipsticks are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We aim for worldwide shipping but are currently unable to ship to China, the United States of America, Canada and South America.

RETURNS
Due to hygienic and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns on the lipsticks. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us at info@ika-beauty.com so we can find a way to resolve your concerns. Of course we do hope that these lipsticks are to your liking.
VERZENDING EN BEZORGING
Wij willen dat je de lipstick zo snel mogelijk in huis hebt. Daarom versturen we orders die vóór 15:00 uur zijn besteld nog dezelfde dag. Dit geldt niet voor zon- en feestdagen.
Zodra het pakket ons pakhuis heeft verlaten, e-mailt de bezorgdienst je de trackinginformatie.
De indicatieve levertijd vanaf het moment van verzending is:
NL – 1-3 dagen
DE – 3-5 dagen
BE – 3-5 dagen
Andere Europese landen – 3-9 dagen
Deze levertermijn is een schatting. Het kan zijn dat de levertijd wordt beïnvloed door corona, dus houd alsjeblieft rekening met twee dagen extra. Helaas kunnen externe factoren de bezorging van je IKA lipsticks beïnvloeden. De bezorgtermijn kan bijvoorbeeld afwijken op basis van je locatie en de lokale douaneregels. IKA Beauty kan niet verantwoordelijk worden gehouden voor enig verlies of schade veroorzaakt door vertraging van de levering.
We versturen onze lipsticks vanuit ons pakhuis in Nederland. Ons doel is om de lipsticks naar alle landen ter wereld te versturen, maar we kunnen momenteel geen producten verzenden naar China, de Verenigde Staten van Amerika, Canada en Zuid-Amerika.

RETOUREN
Uit hygiëne- en gezondheidsveiligheid kunnen we de lipsticks niet retour nemen. Als je niet tevreden bent met je product kun je contact met ons opnemen via info@ika-beauty.com zodat wij een passend oplossing kunnen vinden.
Maar wij hopen natuurlijk dat je helemaal tevreden bent!
