Shipping policy

We want these lipsticks to get to you as soon as possible, so if you order before 15:00, we’ll ship your lipsticks the same day. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, the shipment carrier will email you the tracking information.

The estimated delivery times from day of dispatch are:

NL – 1-3 days
DE – 4-7 days
BE – 3-5 days
Other European countries – 7-9 days

The above delivery times are estimates. During the holiday period, delivery times may be longer, so please allow another 2 days on top of the above estimates. Unfortunately, external factors may affect the delivery of your IKA lipsticks. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and international customs. IKA Beauty is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any delay in delivery.

Our lipsticks are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We aim for worldwide shipping but are currently unable to ship to China, the United States of America, Canada and South America.

RETURNS

Due to hygienic and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns on the lipsticks. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us at info@ika-beauty.com so we can find a way to resolve your concerns.  Of course we do hope that these lipsticks are to your liking.
